Byron Spriggs Goaltender Development prides itself in providing high quality goalie coaching, and is run by long-time goalie coach Byron Spriggs and his amazing instructional staff.

Byron has been coaching goalies in Manitoba for over 10 years. He has a long and decorated coaching resume, most recently with the WHL Winnipeg Ice, MJHL Winnipeg Blues, University of Manitoba Bisons and a long list of youth hockey teams/organizations.

 

Byron has developed a goalie specific program designed for Churchill Hockey Academy's goalies to elevate their abilities throughout the school calendar year. This includes edgework, lateral mobility, butterfly specific movements/skills, post-work, and puck-handling.

 

Helping Byron run his goalie program is the MJHL Freeze goalie coach, Tyler Brown, and experienced AA-AAA goalie coach, Cory Gurman.
